There have been changes at Fox News that caught the attention of millions of viewers.
Donald Trump has even raised issues with how Fox News covers his administration.
And now a Fox News host asked this one question that could get him thrown off the air.
Trump administration senior economic adviser Larry Kudlow appeared on Fox News Sunday for an interview.
Host Chris Wallace played for Kudlow a clip of Democrat Presidential hopeful Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren running down the Trump economy.
Warren spewed tired liberal talking points about the economic boom not reaching all Americans and lying about the President’s policies only benefiting the wealthy.
After Wallace asked for Kudlow’s reaction to Warren’s comments Kudlow touted the strength of the Trump economic boom by citing record low unemployment and stock market figures.
The Fox News Sunday host was not pleased with Kudlow’s answer.
Wallace interrupted Kudlow by rudely stating, “Larry, Larry, let me interrupt your campaign speech,” Wallace said. “I don’t think you would disagree…”
Kudlow was dumbfounded by Wallace’s boorish behavior.
The Trump economic adviser merely stated he was listing off a series of facts that backed up the notion that the Trump economy worked for all Americans.
Wallace fired back by adopting leftist class warfare arguments about income inequality.
“All I’m saying is this, I don’t think there’s any question you would agree, … there is clearly a stark income inequality in this country,” Wallace replied.
Wallace followed this liberal talking point by playing another clip of Bernie Sanders railing about income inequality and then asking for Kudlow’s response…
“I’ve got 30 seconds for an answer,” Wallace declared. “If President Trump is re-elected in 2020, what specifically will he do to reduce, not eliminate, but to reduce the huge gap between the wealthy and the poor in this country?”
Kudlow replied that they would continue the policies that helped maintain the longest period of economic growth in American history.
Wallace pulled tricks liberal journalists always resort to when interviewing conservatives.
First, Wallace played clips of Sanders and Warren blasting the Trump economy.
That allowed Wallace to interject his editorial opinions into the interview without overtly declaring himself an anti-Trump partisan.
Second, he uncritically presented the Democrats’ arguments in the form of a question.
Liberal journalists love to do this.
If Americans watch any so-called “mainstream” media reporter conduct an interview they quickly see that the entire interview consists of Democrat Party talking points reframed as questions.
Unless Wallace is advocating for complete communism and total redistribution of wealth equally among all Americans then there is always going to be “income inequality.”
NFL quarterbacks make more than school teachers.
There is no way around the laws of supply and demand.
But instead of asking a real question Wallace repackaged the Democrats’ arguments and presented them as statements of fact.
Liberal Propaganda Exposed will continue to cover any examples of liberal media bias wherever they appear.
