Not everyone at Fox News is a fan of Donald Trump.
That leads to some uncomfortable moments.
And one Fox News star picked a fight with Trump that instantly blew up in their face.
As American Patriot Daily reports:
Fox News Channel is one of the only outlets in the corporate media that covers Donald Trump fairly.
And Donald Trump will be red with rage when he sees what this Fox News host said about him.
Donald Trump held his first political rally of 2022 in Arizona.
During the rally Trump repeated his claim that he really won Arizona in the 2020 election.
Fox News host Brian Kilmeade criticized Trump during his radio show for Trump focusing his speech on relitigating the last presidential election.
Kilmeade told a caller who shared Kilmeade’s concern that “after the Arizona rally, they called him up and said that was the worst speech you ever gave.”
The “Fox and Friends” co-host stated that Trump talking about 2020 only served as a distraction from the Biden administration’s failures.
“Nobody cares about your topics. There is so much to talk about that matters to you and I, Logan, right now about what’s happening in the Ukraine, how China is just forgetting about phase one, how they’re beginning to militarize everything around them, about to take Taiwan back. What’s happening here in this country… That’s what people wanna talk about. It’s not hard stuff,” Kilmeade stated.
Kilmeade added that Trump racked up a number of achievements during his time in office and that voters wanted to know how Trump’s policies would make their lives better and that the public did not care about Trump’s claims of voter fraud in the 2020 election.
“Right now, nobody cares about 2020,” Kilmeade added, “Nobody. And everything that he said and the challenges that he made should’ve been done before the election. And they did a recount in Arizona, and the recount showed no difference almost, and he came out and said it showed that they won Arizona. That’s an outright lie, and please stop wasting our time with that, because he’s capable of doing so much more.”
Kilmeade’s comments will likely upset Trump.
Fox News called Arizona for Biden on election night despite the fact that the race was close and nearly 30 percent still remained to count.
That call put Joe Biden on the path to the presidency.
Trump considered Fox News Channel calling Arizona for Biden despite the slim margin a betrayal– Biden ended up winning the state by about 10,000 votes –which caused Trump to repeatedly attack Fox News.
As a result, Fox News lost about 30 percent of their audience to conservative alternatives like Newsmax and One America News.
Fox News eventually repaired its relationship with Trump and their audience.
Kilmeade’s comments threaten to shatter that fragile truce with Donald Trump.
