The fake news media is gunning for Donald Trump, but they don’t want to take him on directly.
Instead, there is a stealth campaign to shut down all Trump supporters in America.
And now the New York Times just published this story that could take Fox News off the air.
The left hates Fox News.
Media figures across the press landscape conspire to take down Fox News because it is the highest rated cable news channel and because their reporters question the Democrat Party activism the so-called “mainstream” media passes off as news.
The campaign began in earnest with fake news reporter Jane Mayer’s “takedown” piece in the New Yorker.
Mayer – using lies and fakes news – attempted to paint Fox as “state-run media” because their primetime opinion hosts support the President.
To fake news reporters like Mayer, only avowed Trump haters should be allowed on television.
CNN continues the attack where alleged media “reporters” promote ideological motivated campaigns to terrorize Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham’s advertisers in hopes they pull their commercials from their program.
The anti-Fox activists at CNN believe if enough sponsors pull their ad buys from these programs that Fox will be forced to fire their conservative hosts and replace them with left-wing news anchors.
The latest front in the war on Fox came in New York Times so-called media “reporter” Jim Rutenberg and Jonathan Mahler’s three-part story attacking Fox News
Times reporter Jim Rutenberg tweeted, “In recent years, the Murdochs have been at the red-hot center of the right-wing populist movement that has destabilized democracies across the English-speaking world. The future of their empire rested on a succession fight between Rupert Murdoch’s two sons James and Lachlan.”
In their telling, Rupert Murdoch and his son Lachlan are the puppet masters lurking in the shadows and exerting cancerous influence on American – as well as global – politics.
The Times reporters also revealed their biases when they wrote, “It may not have been the family’s mission to destabilize democracies around the world, but that has been its most consequential legacy.”
To left-wing ideologues like Rutenberg and Mahler, Brexit, Donald Trump winning the Presidency and nationalist parties in Europe gaining ground are “destabilizing democracies” because liberals winning elections is the only acceptable outcome.
Every single major media outlet – ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, the New York Times, Washington Post and Los Angeles Times – all speak with the same voice.
Their editorial pages always endorse the Democrat.
Their coverage always favor left-wing causes such as gun control, homosexual marriage, so-called “transgender rights”, action on so-called “climate change” and abortion.
The primetime hours on Fox News are the only media real estate where liberal assumptions are questioned and conservatives and their ideas receive a fair hearing.
Every other hour of cable and broadcast programming, every inch of newspaper column is dedicated to advancing the Democrat Party’s agenda and candidates.
But the story had its desired effect.
Influential blogger Matthew Yglesias wondered out loud on social media if a politician would propose legislation to censor or regulate the content on Fox News.
Something I’d be in the market for is a politician with a policy fix for Fox News. https://t.co/IT5N8WzqaQ

Ideas, like the government taking over Fox News and firing Ingraham, Carlson, and Hannity, may seem far-fetched and anti-American.
But this is how the left works.
Ideas that gestated on the fringes of left-wing like reparations for slavery or eliminating the electoral college quickly become mainstream thought adopted by politicians seeking to lead the party.
Conservatives suspect it won’t be long until some Democrat uses these fake news stories about Fox News to agitate for legislation allowing the government to control the programming on Fox News.
We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
