Jen Psaki is finally finished as White House press secretary.
But Psaki’s tenure ended under a cloud of scandal.
And Jen Psaki ended her career with one comment that could put people in jail.
As Great American Daily reports:
After the draft opinion from the Supreme Court leaked to the press leftist mobs marshalled outside the homes of conservative Supreme Court justices.
Crazed pro-abortion fanatics hoped to terrorize the justices and their families in the hopes of intimidating at least one of the court’s conservatives into flipping their vote and upholding Roe v. Wade.
Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy grilled press secretary Jen Psaki over Psaki’s previous encouragement of protesting outside the justices’ homes considering staging a demonstration outside a judge’s home is a federal crime.
“You suggested that peacefully protesting outside the homes of judges and Supreme Court justices is part of freedom of expression and part of what we do in the United States, but there’s a law in particular that actually prohibits protest outside private residences even when done peacefully,” Doocy stated. “I’m wondering if any sort of demonstrations outside of private homes might be run against that law and other laws like it.”
Psaki then falsely claimed that she and Joe Biden were not encouraging anyone to break laws by supporting protests outside of conservative Supreme Court justices’ homes.
“We’re certainly not suggesting anyone break any laws,” Psaki responded. “I would note that the president’s view has long been, and I tweeted this earlier this morning and repeated and made a number of these comments last week as well, that violence, threats and intimidation have no place in political discourse. Yes, we are a country that promotes democracy and we certainly allow for peaceful protest in a range of places in the country. No one should violate the law, no one is suggesting that. And it should never resort to violence, to threats, to intimidation in any way, shape or form.”
That is a lie.
Three of the justices live in Virginia where it is a crime to protest outside a justice’s house.
And 18 USC 1507 makes it a federal crime to organize “pickets or parades near or in a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such a judge, juror, witness or court officer.”

The simple fact is the Democrats won’t tell the mob to stand down because they are counting on the mob to bully conservative justices into folding and supporting Roe v. Wade.
