Brett Kavanaugh just stabbed Donald Trump and his supporters in the back.
Conservatives tried to figure out what was going on.
And Ron DeSantis revealed something about Brett Kavanaugh that no one is going to like.
As Black Eye Politics reports:
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis slammed Justice Kavanaugh as lacking courage for siding with the left in leaving Joe Biden’s immoral healthcare worker vaccine mandate in place.
Appearing on the “Ruthless” podcast, DeSantis took Kavanaugh and Chief Justice Roberts to task for one of the biggest judicial errors in recent years.
The court did strike down Biden’s tyrannical and unconstitutional vaccine mandate for private employers with more than 100 workers.
But that did not strike DeSantis – or anyone else for that matter – as particularly brave.
“I mean, anybody who’s not a far-left jurist was going to come out that way,” DeSantis told the “Ruthless” hosts.
But DeSantis took Roberts and Kavanaugh to task for rolling over for the left and forcing doctors and nurses to take the shot or lose their jobs.
“But on the medical, on the nurse mandate and the doctor mandate, Roberts and Kavanaugh joined with the liberals to allow the nurse mandate,” DeSantis began.
DeSantis pointed out the absurdity of mandating vaccines for healthcare workers and forcing hospitals to fire critical responders at a time where there is already a shortage of healthcare workers.
“Now they’re so short-handed, they’re actually bringing back to work nurses who are COVID-positive. They are vaccinated, but we know that’s not stopping it. So they have COVID-positive people back on,” DeSantis added.
Governor DeSantis explained it was absurd to fire healthy doctors and nurses who already had COVID, recovered and now possessed natural immunity.
“Meanwhile, the unvaccinated, likely immune through prior infection, healthy nurses are on the sidelines, fired. How insane are these policies?” DeSantis wondered.
DeSantis also promised to enforce state law which renders the vaccine mandates unenforceable, so no doctors or nurses lost their jobs.
“What [President] Biden’s doing with this CMS mandate, we’re going to enforce our protections here in Florida, but what that’s going to lead to in other states that haven’t done what we’ve done, that’s going to lead healthy nurses to be put on the sidelines while we have an acute healthcare shortage,” DeSantis stated.
The bottom line – DeSantis concluded – was that Kavanaugh and Roberts lacked the courage to stand up to the left, which is unfortunately a common refrain with those two.
“Honestly, Roberts and Kavanaugh did not have a backbone on that decision,” DeSantis concluded. “That’s just the bottom line.”
