All hell is breaking loose.
Democrats weaponizing the justice system to go after Donald Trump just boomeranged on them.
And a damning video is the final nail in the coffin for this Trump prosecutor.
New York Attorney General Letitia James brought a first-of-its-kind civil fraud suit against Donald Trump for supposedly inflating the values of his properties to secure more favorable loan terms from banks.
Because of the law James stretched to bring this suit against Trump, James denied Trump the right to a jury trial.
James stitched together this assault on the rule of law after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was forced to admit he had no case and there was no basis to bring criminal charges against Trump.
The Democrat judge in the case, Arthur Engoron, performed as expected and ruled Trump was a fraud before the trial even started.
Trump railed against James and Engoron as partisan hacks targeting him out of a desire to help Joe Biden in the 2024 election.
“The ridiculous A.G. case against me in New York, brought by the Racist and Incompetent Peekaboo James, is being studied and mocked all over the World. Companies are Fleeing! It, and the highly political, Trump Hating Judge, are DESTROYING the Image and Reputation of the New York State Legal System & Courts. I don’t even get a Jury! All of this while MURDERS & VIOLENT CRIME HIT UNIMAGINABLE RECORDS! This is sooo bad for New York. HELP! The respected Commercial Division, where it should have been sent in the first place, must take over this ‘sh.. show,’” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
James continually lied to the public about her motivations in bringing this suit.
In an interview with Rachel Maddow, James falsely claimed she never campaigned for office on a platform of specifically targeting Trump.
“(T)he president of the United States has complained that I’m engaging in some sort of political witch hunt, that I’ve got some personal vendetta against him, that I campaigned against him,” James stated.
That was false.
In 2018 James specifically said Trump should face criminal charges and that as attorney general she would use the power of her office to stage a coup and overthrow Trump.
“He should be charged with obstructing justice. I believe that the president of these United States can be indicted for criminal offenses and we would join law enforcement and other attorneys general across this nation in removing this president from office,” James declared.

All of the criminal charges and civil lawsuits brought against Donald Trump were by Democrat prosecutors.
The media tries to ignore this fact out of fear that the American people would see the Democrats are trying to attack American democracy by turning the courts and law enforcement into their own private secret police that can jail or bankrupt their political opposition.
And what terrifies Democrats and the media are polls showing the American people can see what’s happening and they are dismissing the obviously politically motivated persecutions which is why Donald Trump leads Joe Biden.
