Not even CNN can carry water for Joe Biden right now.
That’s how bad things are getting for Democrats.
And CNN turned Joe Biden’s world upside down with this depressing truth.
As Black Eye Politics reports:
Democrats know they can always count on CNN to frame stories in the most favorable light for the left or pass off the party’s propaganda as news.
That is especially true of Joe Biden’s plummeting poll numbers.
CNN used Biden’s sagging political standing to offer a word of warning to Biden and also propose a course of action to right the ship.
In a segment on the left-wing house organ show “New Day,” liberal data analyst Harry Enten summarized months of falling polling numbers for Joe Biden as “not good.”
Enten warned that Biden’s poll numbers were “going in the wrong direction.”
The CNN data analyst explained that just two months ago Biden sat in positive territory in terms of his job approval number with independents and how in about eight weeks Joe Biden’s approval among independent voters plunged nearly 20 points.
“He was in positive territory August 1st at plus three,” Enten added. “He is now minus 16 points net approval rating with Independents. It’s the folks in the center of the electorate who are driving this.”
Enten continued on saying in April – after Democrats rammed the nearly two-trillion-dollar blue state bailout bill into law – 51 percent of Americans thought Biden accomplished a great deal.
That number sunk to 40 percent as the reality of Biden’s failed presidency set in for the public.
“In late April, look at this, 51%, a bare majority but a majority nonetheless saying he accomplished a great or fair deal,” Enten explained. “Now look at late August … down to just 40%. Now, the clear majority of voters say look at this. 58% say he accomplished only some or very little. They don’t think Joe Biden has gotten in office and done very much.”
But because this is CNN and Joe Biden is a Democrat, Enten did not want to leave the network’s liberal viewers without any sense of hope.
That’s why Enten focused on the number of Americans who do not think Joe Biden accomplished a lot as president and urged Democrats to pass the $3.5 trillion socialist welfare spending scheme to reverse that number and give Democrats and Joe Biden a new talking point heading into next year.
“Passing this legislation could boost his approval rating because it shows he’s doing something,” Enten concluded.
Joe Biden’s poll numbers are a far bigger concern for Democrats than how they will affect the 2022 midterms.
Donald Trump looks increasingly likely to run for president in 2024.
And as Enten stated, Joe Biden’s poll numbers are “going in the wrong direction.”
If that trend continues it is very easy to see Democrats looking for a new candidate in 2024 if party leaders do not believe Joe Biden can beat Trump.
Biden’s growing cognitive decline would make the switch simple and not send signals to the country that the party is panicked that they do not have a candidate that can win against Trump.
