There is a fatal flaw in the Democrats’ campaign of lawfare against Donald Trump.

And Alvin Bragg exonerated Donald Trump in one mind-blowing way.
New York Attorney General Letitia James brought a civil fraud case against Donald Trump seeking $250 million in damages alleging that Trump defrauded the banks by inflating the value of his assets.
George Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg also investigated Trump on these charges.
And Bragg – who invented a nonsensical interpretation of the falsifying business records statute to charge Trump – found the allegations so baseless that even he couldn’t indict Trump.
Trump made this point when speaking to reporters noting that in a fraud case there has to be a victim.
The banks Trump borrowed from got every penny back on time and even profited on their loans from Trump.
“I borrowed money on a building or something. Maybe a different thing. I borrowed the money. I paid back the money in full, 100%. There were no defaults. There were no letters of reprimand. The banks were extremely happy and in many cases I gave the money back early,” Trump stated.
Trump couldn’t have paid back the banks on schedule if he defrauded them on the terms of his loans.
But to keep this case alive and ensure a verdict finding Trump to be a fraud, James twisted the meaning of New York’s civil fraud statute to bring the case before an elected Democrat judge named Arthur Engoron and prevent Trump from getting a jury trial.
“Under 63(12), you are not entitled to a jury,” Trump stated. “It’s the first time it’s ever been used for a purpose like this,” Trump added.
The Democrat judge played his part and ruled Trump a fraud before any trial even took place.
This verdict amounted to a “corporate death penalty” which revoked Trump’s business licenses and could see him forced to sell Trump Tower.
Trump told reporters that this whole lawfare scheme – from the fraudulent cases brought against Trump in Georgia, Washington, Florida and New York City – was all ordered from up on high by Joe Biden.
Biden weaponized the justice system to go after Trump since polls showed Trump winning due to voter discontent over Biden’s open borders agenda and failed socialist economic policies.
“I’m leading Joe Biden by a lot, which is probably why this is still happening. No probably, it’s definitely. They’re Coordinating with Washington, 100%. But without that, do none of these cases would be going on. They’ve weaponized justice in our country. This trial is a disgrace. Never happened, a thing like this has never happened before. I borrowed money on a building or something. Maybe a different thing. I borrowed the money. I paid back the money in full, 100%. There were no defaults. There were no letters of reprimand. The banks were extremely happy and in many cases I gave the money back early,” Trump added.
Trump lamented the corrupt system rigging the cases against him for the Democrats’ political gain.
“But if I had a jury, we’d win this case very easily,” Trump continued. “But I don’t have a jury. And you see what’s happening. This is a railroading.”
Trump warned Americans that Joe Biden enlisting the FBI and legal system as the secret police to target his political opponents was a page straight out of the communist playbook.
“It’s the beginning of communism in our country,” Trump declared. “This is the beginning of communism.”
