Democrats aren’t even pretending to care anymore about the rule of law or independent judiciary.
Joe Biden needs a guilty verdict against Trump by hook or by crook.
And Democrats named Trump in two new indictments and you won’t believe what happened next.
Arizona’s Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes campaigned for office in 2022 to get Trump.
On the day new polls came out showing Trump leading Biden by seven points, Mayes announced criminal indictments against 18 Trump supporters, lawyers and aides over a so-called “fake electors” plot where the Trump campaign submitted an alternate slate of electors to preserve the viability of their legal challenges to the state’s results in 2020.
In this indictment, Mayes named Donald Trump an unindicted co-conspirator.
This indictment came on the heels of Michigan’s Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel also naming Trump as an unindicted co-conspirator in her so-called “fake electors” witch hunt.
Two swing state Democrat attorneys general announcing Trump as an unindicted co-conspirator less than seven months out from the general election was such an abuse of power that not even MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough could keep quiet.
Scarborough questioned the timing of these indictments, saying the investigations began years ago.
“You know, I’m not a prosecutor. We have plenty of former prosecutors on. And we’re going to bring them on in a minute. But Willie, it’s like, thank you so much for waiting until the day before the election. You know, all of these cases that were brought in 2020, late 2023, 2024, you know, look at the date there, December 14th, 2020,” Scarborough said on “Morning Joe.”
Scarborough compared how these Democrat attorneys general followed Alvin Bragg’s playbook to bring criminal charges forward at the last possible moment, which also happened to work towards the Democrats’ maximum political advantage.
“I really am, and I’m certainly not just pointing out this attorney general in Arizona. I could I could bring it of all of them, of the Justice Department. Why did they take so long? Georgia! We kept asking why Georgia was taking so long. [Manhattan District Attorney] Alvin Bragg said, ‘No, I don’t want to bring that case,’ and then brings a similar case like a year later, it goes on and on,” Scarborough added.
Scarborough wrapped up, saying how he could understand why Trump supporters would see these as sham charges designed to influence the outcome of the election.
“But again, the timing, first of all, it frustrates people who don’t like Donald Trump because he’s not… If there were laws broken, it’s not going to get resolved before the election. And for people who support Donald Trump, they’re like, ‘Look, they’re all doing this in an election year!’” Scarborough continued.
“So again, I just again, I know it takes a long time now, but when you look at what happened on January the 6th, it’s kind of like, I don’t… I just, I don’t understand a four-year delay or a three-and-a-half year delay on all of these cases. It’s stupid. And I will say there were people, there were progressives, warning about this, legal people warning about this for the past couple of years. And and here we are,” Scarborough declared.
Joe Scarborough is Joe Biden’s number-one cheerleader.
It’s been reported that Biden is a regular watcher of Scarborough’s program and that it holds great sway with Biden.
For Scarborough to throw some shade at Democrat prosecutors trying to help Joe Biden win the election means these attorneys general are coloring way outside the lines.
