The resistance to Donald Trump isn’t planning to roll over and die.
They plan to fight nastier than ever.
And Megyn Kelly was sick over this dirty trick to derail Donald Trump.
The Democrat Party hasn’t learned one thing since their defeat in the 2024 election.
Democrat prosecutors attempted to short circuit the electoral system through a series of political show trials where Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis, and Jack Smith sought to jail Trump for fake crimes before Election Day.
But the indictments backfired as every time a Democrat prosecutor filed an indictment against Trump, his poll numbers shot up as Americans could see what was really going on.
And even though their lawfare actually helped Donald Trump win re-election, Democrats can’t quit trying to use the courts to prevent him from acting as President.
This time, however, Democrats are utilizing partisan activist district court judges to anoint themselves and issuing temporary restraining orders to block Trump’s executive orders and rendering him all but President in name only.
Megyn Kelly vented her frustration over lawless judges usurping Trump’s Article II authority all because the left simply cannot mentally process the fact that Trump won the election again.
“I’m irritated at the lawfare that is being unleashed against Trump’s agenda at every turn. Now it’s like this administration is having to play whack-a-mole in the courts instead of just enacting the people’s will. Every day it’s another lawsuit to try to stop what Trump clearly has the power to do,” Kelly told listeners.
Trump is grinding through this lawfare and still coming out on the winning end – just like he did during the campaign – but Kelly said she finds it frustrating that Trump is forced to be preoccupied with legal fights instead of seeing his MAGA agenda come to fruition.
“What I see after the whole morning researching this bulls*** … is that Trump’s winning. He’s winning these cases, right? But think of the distraction by his lawyers, by his federal agencies, everything Elon’s doing. They’re trying to stop bit by bit,” Kelly added.
Kelly said these lawsuits are exposing historic levels of corruption as the Biden administration ransacked the treasury in its final days to dole out as much taxpayer money as possible to leftist groups in order to bolster the Resistance 2.0 to Donald Trump.
“What is the Treasury paying out? To whom? All Trump’s cabinet heads, like, Treasury? EPA?” Kelly wondered.
One of the most egregious examples of this weaponization of taxpayer funds, Kelly reminded her audience, was the Biden Environmental Protection Agency shoveling $50 million out the door in the name of “climate justice” to pro-Hamas groups.
“What grants have we given in the waning days of the Biden administration and to whom, against the taxpayer’s wish? It’s just boondoggle. They’ve just been throwing money off of a sinking ship, the Biden administration,” Kelly exclaimed.
Kelly said Trump is exercising his lawful power to halt these wasteful and abusive uses of taxpayer money and Democrats are trying to tie them down in court as long as possible to keep the spigot open.
“Trump and Elon are like, ‘Whoa, whoa, whoa, let’s hold on. Let’s just see. We don’t approve this, and we can stop it.’ The Democrats sue them saying ‘You have to allot the funds because Biden said so or Congress said so,’” Kelly concluded.
