Americans couldn’t believe the news.
No one could believe it was actually real.
A leaked sex video may have this Democrat facing criminal charges.
Official Washington got thrown for a loop by leaked video of a Senate staffer engaging in homosexual sex in the Senate Judiciary Committee room.
“The alleged staffer can also be seen in a photo, naked on all fours, looking back at the camera on the table where Senators often sit to ask questions during a hearing. It appears to be unprotected sex,” the Daily Caller reports.
“A source identified the room to the Daily Caller as Senate room Hart 216 – The Judiciary Room. The Caller blurred out his face because his identity has not been confirmed,” the Daily Caller report continued.
The Spectator’s Amber Duke reported the staffer allegedly worked for Democrat Senator Ben Cardin of Maryland.

George Washington Law Professor Jonathan Turley outlined the criminal charges this staffer could face which included trespassing if the staffer didn’t have official permission to use this committee room.
“Obviously, the videotape will result in the termination of any staffers involved. However, the question is any possible criminal charge. We have previously discussed porn videos shot in churches or other locations. Such porn shoots in church have also raised calls for prosecutions in other countries. Staffers have access into such rooms, but the question is whether this unofficial use would constitute trespass. It also uses an official area for personal purposes, though it is not clear if there were any commercial benefits garnered from the video found on various sites,” Turley stated.
And Turley said the staffer could obviously face charges for obscene conduct in public.
“One obvious criminal provision is Section 22-1312 for lewd, indecent, or obscene acts,” Turley added.
“The question is whether this is ‘in public’ in a locked committee room — any more than sex in a congressional office after hours would be viewed as ‘in public,’” Turley concluded.
Ohio Republican Congressman Max Miller – who is Jewish – claimed this staffer is the same person who confronted him in the hallway and shouted “free Palestine” at him while he was speaking with NBC News reporter Ali Vitali.
Miller later told the Free Beacon he viewed that as a blatant act of anti-Semitism.
A social media post by the staffer denied Miller’s allegation but did not directly deny filming the sex video in the Senate committee room.
