The lawfare against President Trump is out of control.
One culprit stands out as the biggest offender.
And Karoline Leavitt went scorched earth in this rogue judge.

The resistance to Trump’s second term isn’t taking the form of deep state witch hunts or hoax impeachments.
At least not yet.
Instead, the left is doubling down on the lawfare that failed to keep Trump out of the White House through sham indictments for fake crimes that Democrat prosecutors invented.
The Democrat corruption of the judicial system continued through a series of lawsuits filed in cherry-picked courts overseen by leftwing activists that Barack Obama and Joe Biden appointed to the bench.
These leftwing partisan district court judges then appointed themselves emperors of the republic and began issuing orders that gave them the authority to order federal spending to proceed as well as usurping the President’s ability to fire executive branch employees.
The straw that broke the camel’s back was a ruling by Bill Clinton judge William Alsup ordering President Trump to rehire thousands of probationary employees he had terminated under his Article II authority.
If the President can’t decide which probationary employees he wishes to fire, then he is no longer in charge of the executive branch.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt promised to fight back.
The press asked what she meant by that, thinking Trump would just ignore the order, to which the fake news media could then use as the jumping-off point for their latest hoax – that President Trump was creating a constitutional crisis.
Leavitt fired back that the real constitutional crisis was the outlaw activists attempting to render the President an impotent figure with no real power who must get permission from one of the hundreds of district court judges in America before they can take any action.
“Fighting back by appealing, fighting back by using the full weight of the White House Counsel’s Office and our lawyers at the federal government who believe that this injunction is entirely unconstitutional,” Leavitt began.
Leavitt explained that it should be blindingly obvious to anyone with even the most basic civics education that lower court judges don’t have the authority to set national policy.
“And it is, for anybody who has a basic understanding of the law. You cannot have a low-level district court judge filing an injunction to usurp the executive authority of the President of the United States. That is completely absurd!” Leavitt added.
Leavitt also reminded the American people about the wave of judicial tyranny sweeping over America, pointing out that district court judges issued more nationwide injunctions in the first month of Trump’s administration than in the first three years of Biden’s Presidency.
“And as I just cited, I was appalled by the statistic when I saw it this morning. In three, or in one month, in February, there have been 15 injunctions of this administration and our agenda.” Leavitt continued. “In three years under the Biden administration, there were 14 injunctions.”
Leavitt went on to say these nationwide injunctions had moved beyond the legal realm and into the arena of partisan, anti-Trump political activism.
“So it’s very clear that there are judicial activists throughout our judicial branch who are trying to block this president’s executive authority,” Leavitt stated.
But Leavitt vowed that President Trump would defeat this lawfare just as he defeated the phony criminal indictments Democrat prosecutors brought against him in the 2024 election.
“We are going to fight back. And as anyone who saw President Trump and his legal team fighting back, they know how to do it. He was indicted nearly 200 times and he’s in the Oval Office now because all of the indictments, all of these injunctions have always been unconstitutional and unfair,” Leavitt concluded.
