Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is one of the Democrat prosecutors waging lawfare against Donald Trump.

Willis filed a legally dubious 41-count RICO indictment against Donald Trump and 18 of his supporters, lawyers and aides for contesting the results of the 2020 election in Georgia.
The Fulton County district attorney made no bones about the fact that she was pursuing this case out of political vengeance when she held a midnight rally to announce the indictment, forced Trump to submit to a mug shot, and pushed for the trial to start one day before the Super Tuesday primaries.
In the indictment Willis claimed Trump contesting the election by following the advice of lawyers and requesting recounts amounted to fraud.
Georgia State Senator Colton Moore requested Governor Brian Kemp call a special session of the legislature to begin impeachment proceedings against Willis for abuse of power and election interference.
The Georgia Republican establishment responded not by moving to sanction the out-of-control Democrat prosecutor weaponizing her office for Joe Biden’s political ends, but by suspending Moore from caucusing with the Republicans.
“Despite the fact 32 of 33 Republican State Senators, the Governor, Lt. Governor, Speaker of the House, and the Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party agree that a Special Session to take action against the Fulton County District Attorney is impossible, Senator Moore has a right to his opinion,” the Georgia Senate Republican Caucus’s statement announcing Moore’s suspension declared.
“However, during his advocacy for his ill-conceived proposal, Senator Moore has knowingly misled people across Georgia and our nation, causing unnecessary tension and hostility, while putting his Caucus colleagues and their families at risk of personal harm,” the statement continued.
“Furthermore, Senator Moore was informed that he has violated multiple Caucus Rules on multiple occasions and was given every opportunity to simply adhere to the Rules going forward, not to abandon his wrongheaded policy position,” the statement concluded.
For his part, Moore responded by saying he wouldn’t back down in his quest to hold Willis accountable for turning her office to help Joe Biden settle a political vendetta ahead of the 2020 election.
“The Georgia RINOs responded to my call to fight back against the Trump witch hunts by acting like children and throwing me out of the caucus. But I’m not going anywhere,” Moore posted on X, the app formerly known as Twitter. “I stand by my Republican principles. I stand by the Republican platform. I will continue to serve as a Republican Senator from the great state of Georgia. Unfortunately, now I will be forced to refer to my colleagues, who ran on being ‘Trump conservatives’ as the RINO caucus.”
