This was one of the strangest sex scandals Washington, D.C. had ever seen.
It looked like an open-and-shut criminal case.
A Democrat sex tape forced police to make this jaw-dropping announcement.
There are now clearly two standards of justice in D.C.: one for Democrats and one for Republicans.
That realization dawned on conservatives after the Capitol Hill Police announced they wouldn’t bring any charges against a Democrat Senate staffer who allegedly broke into a committee hearing room and filmed himself engaging in homosexual sex.
“After consulting with federal and local prosecutors, as well as doing a comprehensive investigation and review of possible charges, it was determined that — despite a likely violation of Congressional policy — there is currently no evidence that a crime was committed,” the Capitol Hill Police said in a statement to Fox News.
“Although the hearing room was not open to the public at the time, the Congressional staffer involved had access to the room. The two people of interest were not cooperative, nor were the elements of any of the possible crimes met,” the statement added.
“The Congressional staffer, who has since resigned from his job, exercised his Fifth Amendment right to remain silent and refused to talk to us,” the Capitol Hill Police statement concluded. “Our investigators are willing to review new evidence should any come to light.”
Conservatives couldn’t help but notice the difference in treatment between peaceful January 6 protesters and homosexual Democrat Senate staffers regarding filming.
Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk blasted this two-tiered system of justice as he believed it stood to reason that a homosexual sex video inside the United States Senate would seem to be worthy of at least charges of public lewdness or indecency.
Just so I’m understanding this right, if J6ers would have live streamed gay sex inside the Capitol instead of taking selfies walking inside the Rotunda, they wouldn’t be charged? https://t.co/al11Z3BaDR

The Biden Justice Department recently announced it was going to step up the manhunt and arrest hundreds more Trump supporters who were at the rally on January 6 but never entered the Capitol because they may have unknowingly stepped on the wrong side of a barricade while remaining outside.
Assistant U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C. Matthew Graves made this announcement shortly after Biden delivered a speech where he made January 6 the foundation of his re-election message.
Conservatives contend it was an example of the weaponized government in action.
And conservatives also point out that the failure to bring criminal charges against a staffer who entered a Senate committee room and filmed himself engaging in homosexual acts is an example of the weaponized government in action.
