One of the big surprises in the first GOP debate was the number of confrontations between former Vice President Mike Pence and surging GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
That turned out to be bad news for Mike Pence.
And Vivek Ramaswamy hit Mike Pence with one nasty curveball that ended his campaign.
Mike Pence is running a campaign centered on supporting a blank check for Joe Biden’s war in Ukraine and echoing the left’s narrative about Donald Trump being an enemy of the Constitution because of what happened on January 6.
Pence’s support for the swamp agenda on Ukraine runs contrary to the wishes of the GOP base which wants an agenda focused on making the lives of people at home better as opposed to driving the country further into debt to secure the border of a faraway country few Americans could find on a map.
Former Vice President Pence wanted the D.C. establishment and global elites to see his commitment to the Ukrainian cause by traveling to the war-torn nation to meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky.
During the debate Ramaswamy slammed Pence – as well as other establishment politicians like RINO former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie – for showing a stronger commitment to pumping hundreds of billions of dollars into the Ukraine debacle as opposed to securing the border here in America.
Ramaswamy was the only candidate on stage to oppose Joe Biden’s new scheme to funnel an additional $24 billion in American taxpayer money to Ukraine.
The 38-year-old entrepreneur cast Pence, Christie and other establishment politicians vowing to support a blank check for the war in Ukraine in almost religious terms.
Vivek Ramaswamy: “I find it offensive that we have professional politicians on this stage that will make a pilgrimage to Kyiv to their pope Zelensky without doing the same think for people in Maui or the south side of Chicago…”

Ramaswamy explained that at a time when America is more than $31 trillion in debt and facing a historic wave of illegal aliens pouring into the country, a better use of resources would be deploying military assets to secure the southern border.
“This is disastrous, we are protecting against an invasion across somebody else’s border, when we should use those same military resources to prevent the invasion across our southern border here in the United States of America,” Ramaswamy declared.
The normally cool Pence who sat idly by as the head of the COVID task force that allowed Dr. Fauci to lock down the country blew his top and showed more fire in defending an endless stream of taxpayer money to Ukraine than he ever did in speaking out against Dr. Fauci’s lockdowns and COVID mandates.
“Ukraine Mike” Pence SNAPS At Vivek Ramaswamy
This guy loves Ukraine more than America!

Pence’s fiery defense of funding the war in Ukraine compared to his normally calm demeanor when discussing the conservative policies on the border, the Second Amendment, the right to life, and reversing Joe Biden’s socialist agenda proved Ramaswamy’s point.
